New to the Community

Hello,
I am new to this forum. I was recommended this forum due the fact I will be moving to Germany in 2015. I am moving from the United States, and finally have a chance to have a right hand drive STI. I have had 3 subarus in the past a Legacy GT 2009, STI 2005 and now i have an 2009 WRX. Since I will be selling my WRX I am adamant in buying a 2004-2007 STI Right hand Drive. i was hoping to learn price ranges for stock STIs and any information that can make buying my dream car come true. Any advice and tips are greatly welcomed and appreciated

Welcome to Germany! (a little to early but i couldn't wait ;) )

Maybe you want to use that opportunity to buy an imported JDM-STI from the 2003-2005 range.
As i heard from several friends overseas, the US-STI-Drivers are pretty jealous because of the EU/JDM 2.0L Engines in the STIs. Especially for
the Spec C ones because there's no possibility to import them to the US.

If you had an 05 STI and liked the exterior, why not getting the same looks with a kinda "improved" motor ;) (at least DCCD should be in it! so late MY05 EUDM/JDM)

Good luck and hopefully you make a good deal!

If you search some price range for RHD, have a look to Pistonheads
The easiest way is to import one from UK, or to contact imports companys to import one from Japan directly.
True the strong exhaust rules in Europe/Germany it's only possible to import a car with EU3 Norm that means until 2005.

RHD are in Europe cheaper then the same car as LHD.
