yes, Magnex definitely rules ;-)
But there is no homologation so far in germany (if needed?).

The clubprices for magnex are really great, but Stukki who does the magnex orders, doesn´t speak english. You can mail our 2.chairman PalmaxGT, he speaks very well english.

ich kann dir die auspuffteile von magnex nur wämstens empfehlen.
die qualität & der preis sprechen einfach für sich....
das einzige was fehlen tut um die magnex sachen als perfekt zu bezeichnen ist die fehlende zulassung (ist aber noch immer in arbeit) & die fehlende flexibilität des herstellers...

als clubmitglied bekommst du dann auch entsprechende prozente auf die magnex-sachen...

1st of all, Lars-Olof, welcome to Forum and the club (it seems you decided to join us). If you have any questions regarding the membership, just drop me a line - I am happy to help you. Regarding the backboxes: indeed the OEM BBs are quite restrictive, and most aftermarket ones perform a lot better. Actually, in terms of performance and price the Magnex ones are what we would recommend. Stainless steel, 2 years of warranty, a design to match the Scooby - what else could you want? Especially regarding the fact that we can get these backboxes at a fraction of the cost for a Blitz/ Scoobysport/ Apexi etc. Once you joined, I can set you up with Alex for the necessary paperwork to order the box.

One thing though: the Magnex boxes still lack something: there is no certificate of conformity that lets you pass the TUEV without hassle. If worse comes to worse you might have to put back the OEM BB for the TUEV test. But there are quite some Scoobys in Germany that do not have a street legal back box and still don't get f*cked at every "green" control (police).

In terms of ECUTEK, that is indeed a different matter, and we might discuss that later and involve the appropriate people for this. Alex is just handling the Back boxes.

Hi Alex, Lars-Olof hat nen STI 2003, und seinen Mitgliedsantrag auch bald ausgefuellt... dann will er einen Magnex bestellen. Er will wohl auch noch ECUTEK testen, aber das ist dann 'ne andere Baustelle... Sobald die Mitgliedschaft durch ist, wird er sich entweder direkt an dich wenden, oder ich werde etwas vermitteln.
