1. Ja, da das ALK die Wankbewegung vorne-hinten reduziert und die Stabis die Wankbewegung rechts-links, somit zwei verschiedene Baustellen

Sounds good. But do you need the ALK if you have a MY06 or MY07 STI? I understand that the understeering has already been reduced. If you now use the ALK it may be a little too much oversteer?
Cheers, Devlin
Understeer in the STi comes from two places: car setup and driver input. It is possible to make any car understeer if you drive it that way. so first is to make sure your inputs flatter the STi. Once you have "mastered" the STi then you can alter the setup to eliminate or reduce the remaining understeer. I find the STi can understeer in a couple of places, corner entry and corner exit. I find it very adjustable mid corner. compared to an evo which is very good and corner entry but is horrible mid corner. corner entry can be improved by maxing your neg camber (sturz) Get as much as you can, usually about -1 to -1.3 on the stock camber bolt. The addition of hte ALK will also increase your dynamic camber at corner entry. So, less understeer here. Also, I find how one enters a corner important. I find that the STi favors a bit more of a heavy hand at corner entry. I kind of "pitch" the car in. As in, do a sharp, fast steering input into the corner. It sort of throws the rear around and gets you into the corner faster. With an evo, you can be smooth. That car has lots of front end grip at entry and you can really just smoothly point it where you want to go. Mid corner should be fine. Corner exit, normally the OEM anti lift geometry is stiffening the suspension under this torque load and you are losing traction. with the ALK and full throttle, the suspension softens and you get more front end traction allowing you to maintain steering input. Depending on the rest of your setup, you will start to understeer slightly at max grip or start to oversteer a bit. The ALK makes the transition from understeer to oversteer much smoother on the STi.
