Warum das Subaru nicht einbaut ist mir ein Rätsel.

Problemlösung? Sitz nach vorne rücken. Kompromiss zwischen Beinfreiheit und Lenkradhaltung finden. Rückenlehne senkrechter stellen.

Kann mir jemand infos geben wie die optimale Sitzpostion von Rennfahrern ist?
Mir ist aufgefallen, dass sie meistens seht weit vorne sitzen.
Hat jemand die winkeln von Arme und Beine?

Setz dich halt so hin, dass die Arme angewinkelt sind und die Schultern immer in Kontakt mit dem Sitz sind. Dann dürfte das klappen.

Beine sind bei vollem Druck gegen Bremse und Kupplung noch immer
angewinkelt, so dass der Druck auch wirklich kommt (aus der Muskulatur).
Dabei rutscht Dein Rücken und der Bobbes kein Stück nach oben.

Arme: Die Schultern liegen am Sitz an, die Handgelenke liegen
bei 5 nach 11 auf dem Lenkrad.

Sieht aus wie Trabant-Fahrer (wir im Süden sagen : "Ossi-Äffle" )
fährt sich aber voll gut...

Was ich am STI blöd find: Das Lenkrad ist zu nah am Bauch

Ergonomisch günstige Winkel

Oberarmwinkel --> 10-40°
Ellenbogenwinkel --> 95-135°
Hüftwinkel --> 100-115°
Kniewinkel --> 110-120°
Fußgelenkwinkel --> 90°

fussgelenkwinkel darf bei bedarf auch kurzfristig angepasst werden, odrr? LOL

einfach innerhalb carver's toleranzen und dann so wie's dir bequem ist.

BTW, in der DTM sitzen die ganz weit hinten, glaube sogar hinter der B-Säule, wegen der Gewichtsverteilung.. aber das Lenkrad etc. ist dort dann auch ensprechend verschoben.

Sorry for writing in english, friends.
But it looks like I have the same problem as C17.
I need the steering wheel to get closer, to stay properly in the position, when turning the wheel. Wouldn't say that my legs are something really long (like a real blond , or my arms kind of short, but the jananees guys really did design the seat position for their specific (different to caucasian) body ergonomics.
So the question is: did anybody incorporate a spacer into a standard steering wheel assembly so that a TUV guy wouldn't notice that?

Another thema is the heights of the seat. I wonder if anybody has made some chaneges to the standard seat or installed a lower position aftermarket seat, which is legal in Germany? If yes, how much lower are they? What is the brandname?
