Tobi, sorry to hear that. It happened to me too! My german friend visiting broke one of the studs off my new STi tophat. he did not feel the click from the torque wrench and pop, the bolt broke. I think its a german thing!
Anyway, it is a very low torque value for the tophats. Only 14.5 lb/ft, I think that is 19.65 Nm.
Alex is correct, you can just hammer the bolt out. Or you can get the STi mounts. I like them. You won't notice a huge difference if you have a soft suspension but the harder your suspension is the more you will notice this. Basically, the flex in the top hat, on a hard suspension, becomes "ein ungedaemfte feder" (is that a word?!?!). It will actually flex and lead to a bouncing feeling on some roads. Kind of like having low pressure in your tires on stiff suspension. Bouncy.
